摘要
洪水是影响广西最严重的自然灾害。为研究受江河洪水影响区域的洪水过程及灾害损失等内容,笔者选取广西融水县作为典型区域,通过模型选取、模型范围设定、参数设定、成果率定、误差分析等过程建立一维、二维水动力学耦合模型,通过分析计算得出该区域在发生各频率洪水时的洪峰流量、淹没面积、受灾人口、洪水损失等关键指标,可为当地开展防洪工程建设、预案修订等提供依据。
Flood is the most serious natural disaster in Guangxi. In order to study the flood process and disaster loss in the area affected by river floods, the authors select Rongshui County of Guangxi as a typical area, and establish a one-dimensional and two-dimensional hydrodynamic coupling model through the process of model selection, model range setting, parameter setting, result calibration and error analysis. Through analysis and calculation, the key indicators such as flood peak flow, inundated area, affected population and flood loss in each frequency flood in this area are obtained, which can provide a basis for local flood control project construction and plan revision.
