场景营造在历史建筑更新中的应用

针对城市对人文内涵的需求及历史建筑更新存在的现状问题,可以将叙事学领域中的“场景”概念应用于历史建筑改造更新中,以活化历史建筑价值,丰富人的城市体验。笔者通过研究场景概念与营造原理,结合将场景应用于历史建筑更新的目标与原则,从物质组织、行为引导、情感激发、价值增益四个方面,提出一套基于场景营造的历史建筑更新策略,为历史建筑更新的相关研究提供新的思路和方法。

Given the city’s demand for humanistic connotation and the current problems of historical building renewal,the concept of "scene" in the field of narrative can be applied to the renovation and renewal of historical buildings to revitalize the value of historical buildings and enrich the urban experience of citizens. By studying the concept and principles of scene creation, and combining the objectives and principles of applying scenes to the renewal of historic buildings, the author proposes a set of strategies for the renewal of historic buildings based on scene creation in four aspects: material organization, behavioral guidance, emotional stimulation, and value gain, which provides new ideas and methods for research related to the renewal of historical buildings.
