实施导向策划与城市设计相结合的编制思路探索——以咸宁官埠新区核心区为例

本文针对城市设计在实施中面临的规划衔接不足、市场需求失配及动态实施保障三大问题,探索实施导向产业策划与城市设计相结合的编制框架,丰富仅关注空间表层和符合规范的设计层次。以咸宁官埠新区核心区城市设计为例,将策划思维与空间设计思维相结合,从总体层面、设计层面、实施层面出发,推导出更具综合价值的城市设计编制方法,为探索实施导向的城市设计提供有效的技术方法和路径。

From the three major problems faced in the implementation of urban design, including insufficient planning connection, mismatch of market demand and dynamic implementation guarantee, this paper explores the preparation framework of implementation-oriented industrial planning combined with urban design, enriching the design level that only focuses on the spatial surface and conforms to the specification. Taking the urban design of the core area of Guanbu New Zone in Xianning as an example, this paper combines strategy thinking with spatial design thinking, deduces the urban design compilation method with more comprehensive value derived from the overall level, design level and implementation level, which could provide an effective technical method and path for exploring implementationoriented urban design.
