疾控中心项目规划设计相关问题与研究——以广州市增城区疾病预防控制中心迁址建设项目为例

近年来,随着经济的不断发展,医疗建筑的功能和品质要求也随之不断提升。本文以广州市增城区疾病预防控制中心迁址工程为例,践行人与社会可持续发展的理念,采用科学合理的规划设计,从工程总设计、平面布局、立面造型等方面进行研究,对交通组织、绿化设计、消防、景观等内容进一步细化。通过研究,制订更加科学合理的设计方案,以期提高医疗建筑功能的整体品质,并为后续相关项目提供借鉴。

With the continuous development of the economy in recent years, the function and quality of medical building requirements are also constantly improving. Taking the relocation project of Disease Control and Prevention Center in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City as an example, this paper practices the concept of sustainable development of human and society, adopts scientific and reasonable planning and design, studies the general design, plane layout and facade modeling, and optimizes the traffic organization, greening design, fire works and landscape design. Through the research, a more scientific and reasonable design is formulated, with a view to improve the overall quality of medical building functions, and provide reference for the related projects.
