浅谈房地产项目设计管理常见问题及优化措施

房地产开发中的设计管理包括前期土地获取、对意向地块的规划研究分析、设计过程管理、施工中的技术配合和效果控制等,其贯穿于整个房地产开发过程。因此房地产开发中的设计管理作为房地产开发中操作管理的重要组成部分,需要引起从业者的高度重视,甚至这可能决定了一个项目的成败。项目设计作为房地产项目设计管理的核心内容,决定着项目的产品力、质量好坏、是否获得预期利润等。本文通过对房地产项目设计管理工作、项目设计常见问题、优化措施等几个方面的研究分析,提出要加强房地产项目设计管理的质量控制,以期推动房地产项目的顺利进行。

Design management in real estate development includes land acquisition in the early stage, planning research and analysis of the intended plots, design process management, technical cooperation and effect control in construction stage, which runs through the whole process of real estate development. Therefore, design management,as an important part of operation management in real estate development, needs to attract practitioners’ high attention,cause it may determine the success or failure of a project. As the core content of real estate project design management,project design determines the productivity, quality, expected profit and so on. Through the research and analysis of the design and management, the common problems and optimization measures of real estate projects, this paper proposes to strengthen the quality control of the design and management of real estate projects in order to promote the smooth progress of real estate projects.
