巷道快速掘进中循环步距对顶板稳定性影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究巷道在快速掘进中循环步距对顶板岩层的影响规律,以山西中阳荣欣焦化有限公司高家庄煤矿9号煤层工作面回风巷为研究对象,利用FLAC3D有限差分软件对该巷道在快速掘进中不同循环步距条件下的顶板应力分布特征及下沉量进行了模拟分析。研究结果表明:在巷道快速掘进时,增大循环步距对顶板内应力分布的影响较小,可忽略不计;而顶板下沉量则随循环步距的增加而变大;同时发现在空顶区内,顶板下沉量最大值将出现在掘进头后方1 m的位置。该研究成果对巷道快速掘进中循环步距的选取具有一定的参考价值。 In order to study the influence law of the cyclic step distance on the roof strata in the rapid excavation of the roadway,this paper took the return air roadway of No.9 coal seam of Gaojiazhuang Coal Mine, Zhongyang Rongxin Coking Co., Ltd. of Shanxi as the research object, and used FLAC3Dfinite difference software to simulate and analyze the roof stress distribution characteristics and subsidence of the roadway under different cyclic step distances in the rapid excavation. The results show that increasing the cyclic step distance during the rapid excavation of the roadway has little effect on the stress distribution in the roof and can be ignored;the roof subsidence increases with the increase of the cyclic step distance;at the same time, it is found that in the empty roof area, the maximum value of roof subsidence will appear at 1 m behind the heading head. The research results have certain reference value for the selection of cyclic step distance in rapid roadway excavation.
