Exploring Status Quo of Electric Charge Estimation and Improving Level of Energy Conservation Management

以太原局电费估算为切入点,对电费估算现状、存在问题进行了研究,剖析了节能管理中存在的问题及其原因,针对性地提出了电表安装、精益管理、发挥宣传和监督力量等建议,为提高节能管理水平、降低运营成本提供了科学依据。

Taking the electric charge estimation of Taiyuan Bureau as the starting point, this paper studied the current situation and existing problems of electric charge estimation, analyzed the existing problems in energy conservation management and the causes of the problems, and put forward some suggestions on electricity meter installation, lean management, giving play to publicity and supervision, which can provide a scientific basis for improving the level of energy conservation management and reducing operating costs.
