摘要
目前,为了提高厚及特厚煤层的开采效率和资源回收率,很多煤矿采用了大采高技术。由于大采高技术采用的液压支架体型更大,综采工作面的回撤将变得更加困难。以山西A矿为例,对比了无预掘回撤通道、预掘双回撤通道和预掘单回撤通道三种回撤方案,最终选择了预掘单回撤通道的方案。在回撤期间,影响回撤通道稳定性的因素主要包括巷道断面、动压、巷道的支护状况、工作面采高以及周期来压。为了保证回撤通道的稳定性,采用了锚杆和锚索联合支护方案。研究发现,采用预掘单通道回撤技术可以节省成本9.89×10^(5)元,节省回撤时间25 d。研究可以为大采高综采工作面的回撤提供一定的参考。
At present, in order to improve the mining efficiency and resource recovery rate of thick and extra-thick coal seams,many coal mines have adopted the large mining height technology. Due to the larger size of the hydraulic supports used in the large mining height technology, the retraction of the fully mechanized mining face will become more difficult. Taking A Mine in Shanxi as an example, this paper compared three retraction schemes of no pre-digging retraction channel, pre-digging double retraction channel and pre-digging single retraction channel. Finally, the scheme of pre-digging single retraction channel was chosen. During the retraction period, the factors affecting the stability of the retraction channel mainly include the roadway section, dynamic pressure, roadway support condition, working face height and periodic pressure. To ensure the stability of the retraction channel, a combined anchor rod and anchor cable support scheme was used. The study found that the use of pre-digging single channel retraction technology can save cost 9.89×10^(5) yuan and save retraction time of 25 d. The study can provide some reference for the retraction of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
