摘要 当前,在煤矿井下巷道掘进过程中,井下掘进机电设备起着不可替代的作用。对井下掘进机电设备的合理利用能有效提高煤矿开采效率。分析了目前煤矿井下掘进机电设备存在的问题及原因,讨论了煤矿井下掘进机电设备的故障诊断及维护手段。煤矿井下掘进机电设备故障诊断及维护不仅可以有效提升煤炭开采的质量,还能起到节能和降低环境污染的作用。 At present, the underground electromechanical tunneling equipment plays an irreplaceable role in the process of underground roadway excavation. The rational utilization of underground tunneling electromechanical equipment can effectively improve the mining efficiency of coal mines. This paper analyzed on the problems and causes existing in the electromechanical equipment for underground tunneling in coal mines at present, and discussed on the fault diagnosis and maintenance means of the electromechanical equipment for underground tunneling in coal mines. Fault diagnosis and maintenance of electromechanical equipment for underground tunneling can not only effectively improve the quality of coal mining, but also play a role in energy saving and reducing environmental pollution.
