在中国经济不断发展的驱使下,人们的生活也发生了巨大的改变,不但在需求上有了大幅度提升,而且开始更加关注环保问题,对于绿色建筑的认知也更加深刻。近年来,在科技的助力下,建设行业以十分惊人的速度在发展,人们的需求也由基础性向更高层次过渡,绿色建筑节能设计开始受到人们的关注,这也是中国向着节约型社会发展的主要推动力。对现代绿色建筑节能设计从基本原则、必要性、发展及运用方面进行了探讨。

Driven by the continuous development of China’s economy, people’s lives have also undergone tremendous changes.Not only has the demand been greatly improved, but also more attention has been paid to environmental protection issues, and the cognitive level of green buildings has become more profound. In recent years, with the help of science and technology, the construction industry is also developing at an alarming rate, and people’s needs are also in a fundamental transition to a higher level. In this regard, the energy-saving design of green buildings has attracted people’s attention, which is also the main driving force for China’s development towards a conservation-oriented society. This paper probed into the basic principles, necessity,development and application of energy saving design of modern green buildings.
