麦捷煤业瓦斯抽采泵选型及布置分析

Model Selection and Layout of Gas Extraction Pump of Maijie Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.

为了提升麦捷煤业的瓦斯抽采能力,对瓦斯抽采泵站进行了设计。对瓦斯抽采泵的运行参数进行了计算,主要包括抽采泵流量、抽采泵能力及抽采真空度等。经过校验,瓦斯抽采泵能满足安全生产的需要。此外,还对瓦斯抽采泵布置的一些要点进行了分析。

In order to improve the gas extraction capacity of Maijie Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the gas extraction pump station was designed. This paper calculated the operation parameters of the gas extraction pumps, including the extraction pump flow, extraction pump capacity and extraction vacuum degree. After verification, the gas extraction pumps can meet the needs of safety production.In addition, some key points of gas extraction pump layout were analyzed.
