摘要
变速箱的性能与变速箱油温有着必然的关系,对于目前一些混动车辆,变速箱挡位只有一个,不存在换挡的工况,也无离合器,所以挡位切换过程中由于滑摩产生的热量在此混动车辆上不存在。对于此种混动架构车辆,为降低整车制造成本,开发了一种变速箱油温预估的控制模型,覆盖了变速箱油热量产生和散热的多个方面,再通过实车的数据标定匹配,路试比较预估温度和油温传感器实际数据,两者温差可以控制在10℃以内,取得了不错的试验效果,满足开发要求。
The performance of the transmission has an inevitable relationship with the oil temperature of the transmission. For some hybrid vehicles at present, there is only one gear of the transmission, and there is no shifting condition and no clutch. Therefore, the heat generated by sliding friction during gear shifting does not exist in this hybrid vehicle. For this hybrid structure vehicle, in order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the whole vehicle, a control model for predicting the transmission oil temperature is developed, which covers many aspects of the heat generation and heat dissipation of the transmission oil. Then, through the data calibration and matching of the real vehicle, the road test compares the predicted temperature and the actual data of the oil temperature sensor. The temperature difference between the two can be controlled within 10 ℃, which has achieved good test results and meets the development requirements.
