摘要
在实际生产中,对汽车同步器齿毂滑块槽对称度的检测,现有的检测方法如游标卡尺和三坐标,存在或检测误差大或检测效率低等缺点。针对这些检测上的缺点,通过对齿毂滑块槽对称度的技术要求、渐开线外花键齿的结构特点及滑块槽存在的实际加工误差进行了深入理解和分析,设计了一种能快速、精确测量汽车同步器齿毂滑块槽对称度的专用测量装置。经过现场使用验证,该检具设计合理,结构小巧,简单实用,能达到的测量精度为0.001 mm,解决了同步器齿毂滑块槽对称度在生产中的精确测量问题。
In the actual production, the existing detection methods, such as vernier caliper and three coordinates, have the disadvantages of large detection error, or low detection efficiency. In view of these detection shortcomings, through the technical requirements of the symmetry, the structural characteristics of the spline outside the involute and the actual processing error of the slide groove are analyzed, and a special measuring device that can quickly and accurately measure the symmetry of the groove of the automobile synchronizer is designed. After the field use verification, the inspection tool is reasonable design, small structure, simple and practical, and can achieve the measurement accuracy of 0.001 mm, which solves the accurate measurement problem of the symmetry of the synchronous tooth hub slide groove in the production.
