摘要
将低品位工业余热用于城镇集中供暖是我国推进工业、供热领域节能工作中十分重要的一项工程。“双碳”目标提出后,高耗能工业企业面临不同程度的限产。迁西工业余热供暖项目利用钢铁厂余热对城区进行供暖,由于企业限产与末端用热需求不断增加,原有供热方案不能满足未来城市用热需求。通过对迁西县周边工业余热进行调研以及对已有供热工程运行数据进行分析,设计出不同的供热方案,并利用评价指标对各方案进行对比,选出最佳热源方案。
The use of low-grade industrial waste heat for urban central heating is a very important project in promoting energy conservation in the industrial and heating fields in China.After the‘peak carbon dioxide emissions’and‘carbon neutrality’goals are put forward,high-energy-consuming industrial enterprises had been facing varying degrees of production restrictions.The Qianxi Industrial Waste Heat Heating Project uses the waste heat of the steel plant to heat the urban area.Due to the limited production of the enterprise and the increasing demand for end-use heat,the original heating scheme cannot meet the future urban heat demand.Through the investigation of the industrial waste heat around Qianxi and the analysis of the existing heating project operation data,different heating schemes are designed and compared with each scheme using the evaluation indicators,and the best heat source scheme is selected.
