摘要
以邯郸市某小区空气源热泵供暖热力站为研究对象,对空气源热泵机组进行测试,并分析其运行性能。小区采用集中式供暖,其供暖热源为空气源热泵,末端采用散热器形式。在2022年1月5日至1月22日供暖期进行测试,测试时长17 d,主要实测参数包括空气源热泵机组的供回水温度、循环水流量、室外空气温度、室外相对湿度,根据天气条件和测试数据确定典型日1低温天气、典型日2常温天气、典型日3高温天气,并分别比较系统制热量以及系统供暖性能系数,以此获得该小区空气源热泵供暖实际运行特性,并假设在同等制热量条件下与传统供暖方式在运行费用、燃料消耗、CO_(2)排放等方面进行比较。通过上述比较得出测试期间瞬时平均制热量为1902.07 kW,瞬时平均COP为2.6,热泵系统CO_(2)排放量比燃气锅炉和燃煤锅炉分别减排了38134.2 kg、154594.2 kg。测试结果表明空气源热泵具有良好的经济性和环保性。
Taking the air source heat pump heating and thermal power station of a community in Handan City as the research object,the air source heat pump unit is tested and its operation performance is analyzed.The residential area adopts central heating,the heating source is air source heat pump,and the end is in the form of radiator.The testwas conducted during the heating period from January 5 to January 22,2022.The test duration is 17 days.The main measured parameters include the supply and return water temperature,circulating water flow rate,outdoor air temperature,and outdoor relative humidity of the air source heat pump unit.According to weather conditions Determine the typical day 1 low temperature weather,typical day 2 normal temperature weather,and typical day 3 high temperature weather with test data,and compare the system heating capacity and the system heating performance coefficient respectively,so as to obtain the actual operation characteristics of the air source heat pump heating in the community,and assume that the Comparing the operating cost,fuel consumption and CO_(2)emission with the traditional heating method under the same heating capacity.According to the above comparison,the instantaneous average heating capacity during the test period was 1902.07 kW,the instantaneous average COP was 2.6,and the CO_(2)emission of the heat pump system was reduced by 38134.2 kg and 154594.2 kg respectively compared with the gas boiler and the coal-fired boiler.The test results show that the air source heat pump has positive economy and environmental friendliness.
