摘要
为研究碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)增强约束锅炉房型钢再生混凝土(RAC)柱的轴压性能,使用有限元软件ABAQUS对现有文献中的9个试件进行建模计算。研究结果表明:所建立的有限元模型能准确地模拟CFRP约束型钢再生混凝土柱的轴压力学行为,荷载-位移曲线和破坏形态均呈现高度吻合。最后通过应力分布对CFRP约束后的混凝土进行了分析,CFRP对核心混凝土和型钢具有较强的约束作用,采取增强约束的方式CFRP能在约束混凝土的同时约束型钢变形,产生双重约束。
In order to study the axial compression performance of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)reinforced and restrained steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)columns in boiler room,nine specimens in the existing literatures are modeled and calculated by finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the established finite element model can accurately simulate the axial compression mechanical behavior of CFRP restrained steel reinforced recycled concrete columns,and the load displacement curve and failure mode are highly consistent.Eventually,the concrete restrained by CFRP is analyzed through stress distribution.CFRP has a strong restraining effect on core concrete and section steel.The way to improve the restraining effect is to restrain the deformation of section steel while the concrete is restrained by CFRP,resulting in double restraining.
