Multi-variety High-precision Connector Shell Online Inspection System

圆形连接器外壳形状复杂、品种多、特征多、测量精度要求高,为了实现圆形连接器外壳尺寸的在线检测,提出了一种顶视图升降成像+侧视图旋转成像的多视角成像方法,设计了一套基于机器视觉的在线检测系统。多视角成像机构能够兼容9种规格产品的高质量成像,视觉检测系统能够实现每个产品60项参数的在线检测。经过实际生产验证,该系统解决了大景深、宽幅面以及高精度的外壳尺寸测量问题,具有自动化程度高、测量精度高,柔性强等特点,实际解决了企业多品种小批量多特征产品的自动化检测问题,具有广泛的推广和使用价值。

Circular connector shells have complex shapes,many varieties,many features,and high measurement accuracy requirements.In order to realize the online detection of the size of circular connector shells,a multi-view imaging method of top view lift imaging+side view rotation imaging is proposed.A set of online inspection system based on machine vision is designed.The multi-view imaging mechanism can be compatible with high-quality imaging of 9 kinds of products,and the visual inspection system can realize online inspection of 60 parameters of each product.After the actual production verification,the system solves the problem of large depth of field,wide format and high-precision shell size measurement.It has the characteristics of high degree of automation,high measurement accuracy,and strong flexibility.Automatic detection of problems has a wide range of promotion and use value.
