装车漏斗环保工艺改进

散粮、矿石是秦皇岛港股份有限公司杂货港务分公司的主营货类,约占全年吞吐量的30%。目前此种散货卸船运输作业主要采用门机抓斗抓取卸入漏斗,漏斗卸料,最后由货车运送离港的方式。但采用此法运输散货,在门机抓斗卸料处以及漏斗放料口处存在较为严重的扬尘现象。粉尘对现场环境和作业人员的健康存在很大的危害性,针对现有的生产需求和码头现场的环境特点,我司对装车漏斗进行了环保工艺改进,整合了多项漏斗装车的优化工艺,自动化程度高、抑尘效果好、能耗低、具有推广价值,对于建立绿色现代化智慧港口具有重要意义。

Bulk grain and ore are the main commodities of the general cargo branch of Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd.,accounting for about 30%of the annual throughput.At present,this kind of bulk cargo unloading and transportation operation mainly adopts the way of grab-hopper-truck to transport the goods.There is a serious dust phenomenon at the unloading place of the grab bucket of the gantry crane and the discharge port of the hopper.Dust is very harmful to the environment and the health of operators.According to the existing production demand and the working environment,our company has improved the environmental protection process of the loading hopper.This paper integrates a number of optimized processes for hopper loading.The improvement,with high degree of automation,good dust suppression effect,low energy consumption and promotion value,is of great significance to establish a safe and environmentally friendly modern smart port.
