摘要
本文通过对修井机车架进行有限元分析,获得了车架固有频率和变形分布情况。然后通过实车测试得到减震器隔振率和车架振动相关数据,通过改进减震器和增强车架局部刚度后,车架测试振动数据明显改善,优化效果显著。为后续修井机车架设计和优化提供了参考。
Through the finite element analysis of the workover rig frame,the natural frequency and deformation distribution of the frame are obtained.Then the vibration isolation rate of the shock absorber and the relevant data of the frame vibration are obtained through the real vehicle test.After improving the shock absorber and enhancing the local stiffness of the frame,the vibration data of the frame test is significantly improved,and the optimization effect is significant.It provides a reference for the subsequent design and optimization of workover rig frame.
