摘要
本文以汽车铝合金前纵梁为研究对象,论述了在焊接过程中,不同的焊接结构对其性能的影响,通过对力学性能、宏观金相两个方面的差异来表征该影响效果大小。结果表明,中间铝合金板材相较于两侧型材突出1 mm时进行焊接,其性能最低;一侧薄壁母材搭到中间铝合金板材上进行焊接所得到的强度最优。
Taking the automobile aluminum alloy front longitudinal beam as the research object,this paper discusses the influence of different welding structures on its properties in the welding process.The effect is characterized by the differences in mechanical properties and macro metallography.The results show that the performance of intermediate aluminum alloy plate is the lowest when it is welded when it protrudes 1mm from the profiles on both sides.The strength obtained by welding one side of thin-walled base metal on the intermediate aluminum alloy plate is the best.
