摘要
筒形件在拉深工艺过程中,减薄率是影响筒形件质量的关键指标。本文分别针对板料直径、压边力和摩擦系数对筒形件最大减薄率进行了有限元分析,得到了三种参数对其最大减薄率的影响规律。并通过正交试验的方法,确定了三种影响因素对筒形件的拉深成形的影响及工艺参数优化。为筒形件的成形工艺提供理论依据。
Thinning rate is the key index to affect the quality of cylindrical parts in deep drawing process.In this paper,finite element analysis is carried out on the maximum thinning rate of cylindrical parts by sheet diameter,blank holder force and friction coefficient,respectively,and the influence law of three parameters on the maximum thinning rate is obtained.By means of orthogonal test,the influence of three influencing factors of the deep drawing of cylindrical parts and the optimization of technological parameters is determined.It provides a theoretical basis of the forming process of cylindrical parts.
