放射性气溶胶净化装置中集尘罩的设计仿真分析

摘要 为解决干冰喷射去除核废金属表面放射性元素时所产生的气溶胶问题,需要设计净化装置对放射性气溶胶进行收集净化。集尘罩作为净化装置中的前端部分,负责对气溶胶进行收集。对集尘罩收集气溶胶时所需负压进行计算,并利用FLUENT软件,将此负压值设置为流场仿真中集尘罩压力出口的负压值,按均匀设计试验法进行方案设计,对6组试验分别进行仿真分析,最后利用MATLAB软件对结果进行回归分析,得到当扩张角为46°,罩口直径为350 mm时,颗粒逃逸出口所需时间最短。此研究方法与研究结果对于气溶胶净化装置中集尘罩的设计具有一定指导意义。 In order to solve the problem of aerosols generated when dry ice blasting removes radioactive elements on the surface of nuclear waste metal, it is necessary to design a purification device to collect and purify the radioactive aerosols. As the front part of the purification device, the dust hood is responsible for collecting aerosols. In this paper, the negative pressure required for collecting aerosols by the dust hood is calculated, and the FLUENT software is used to set this negative pressure value as the negative pressure value of the pressure outlet of the dust hood in the flow field simulation, and the plan is carried out according to the uniform design test method. Simulation analysis on 6 groups of experiments is carried out respectively;finally the regression analysis on the results is carried out by using the MATLAB software. It is found that when the expansion angle is 46° and the diameter of the mask mouth is 350mm, the time required for particles to escape the outlet is the shortest. The method and results of this study have a certain guiding significance for the design of dust hood in aerosol purification plant.
