基于激光喷丸技术的7075铝合金耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 针对7xxx系铝合金耐腐蚀性能较差,长期服役在盐雾大气环境下存在点蚀、剥落腐蚀等问题,采用激光喷丸表面强化技术应用优势,对航空铝合金的耐腐蚀性性能的影响进行试验分析。研究发现,通过激光喷丸表面强化可以提高材料的耐腐性,从而进一步提高其疲劳性能和服役寿命,经过激光喷丸表面处理,材料表层的微结构改变,晶粒细化和表面压应力的存在使得材料的耐腐蚀性能大幅提高。其它合金在激光喷丸处理后腐蚀性能也有明显提高。 Aiming at the poor corrosion resistance of 7xxx series aluminum alloy and the problems of pitting and spalling corrosion under the salt spray atmosphere in long-term service, experimental analysis is conducted on the effect of corrosion resistance of aviation aluminum alloy by using the advantages of laser shot peening surface strengthening technology application. It is found that by laser shot peening surface strengthening, the corrosion resistance of the material can be improved, thus further improving its fatigue performance and service life. After laser shot peening surface treatment, the microstructure of the material surface layer is changed, and the existence of grain refinement and surface compressive stress makes the corrosion resistance of the material improve significantly. The corrosion properties of other alloys are also significantly improved after laser shot peening treatment.
