电站锅炉过热器受热面受力特性仿真计算及分析

摘要 以某型电站锅炉过热器为研究对象,针对高温受热面寿命评估问题,采用流固耦合的方法,对屏式过热器管内过热蒸汽的流场和过热器受热面受力情况进行计算。以过热器管内过热蒸汽流场计算为边界条件,求解获得管内流场及压力分布状态,并将此结果作为过热器受热面应力计算的边界条件,计算分析过热器管壁在设计工况下的受力情况,并结合材料力学特性,综合分析确定过热器上各监测点的位置。将数值计算的方法应用于电站锅炉过热器受热面寿命评估,可在选取及确定过热器上各监测点位置提供指导,保证测点选择的合理性。同时能够为设备的技术改造、维护提供参考。 In this paper, taking the superheater of a utility boiler as the research object. Aiming at the life evaluation of high-temperature heating surface, the flow field of superheated steam in the platen superheater tube and the stress on the heating surface of the superheater are calculated by using the fluid structure coupling method. Taking the design condition as the boundary condition for the calculation of superheated steam flow field in the superheater tube, the flow field and pressure distribution in the tube are obtained. Then, taking this result as the boundary condition for the stress calculation of the superheater heating surface, the stress of superheater tube wall under design conditions is calculated and analyzed;combined with the mechanical properties of the material, it provides a theoretical basis for the life evaluation and monitoring of the heating surface. The numerical calculation method is used to the life assessment of the superheater heating surface of utility boilers, which can provide guidance in selecting and determining the location of each monitoring point on the superheater and ensure the rationality of the monitoring points selection;at the same time, it can provide reference for the technical transformation and maintenance of the equipment.
