摘要 汽车底盘构件的可靠性和耐久性是汽车质量的关键因素,为了准确分析某皮卡车型下控制臂疲劳耐久性能,在Adams软件中建立整车刚柔耦合动力学模型,以实车采集试验场道路载荷谱为基础,通过虚拟迭代的方法获取下控制臂外接点载荷谱,为下控制臂疲劳耐久性分析验证提供参考依据。 The reliability and durability of automobile chassis components are the key parts of automobile quality. In order to accurately analyze the fatigue and durability performance of the lower control arm of a pickup truck, a rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of the entire vehicle is established in Adams software. On the basis of collecting the road load spectrum of the test, the load spectrum of the lower control arm point is obtained by the virtual iteration method, which provides a reference for the fatigue durability analysis and verification of the lower control arm.
