摘要
工件表面喷砂工艺是机械制造加工业中应用极广的工序,锻造、铸造、热处理表面的氧化皮去除等都需要经过喷砂工艺来处理。在对钢带表面喷砂处理时会出现喷砂不均匀现象,造成钢带的表面粗糙度和颜色等出现较大的偏差,若增加喷枪往复运动次数和运动距离则会导致喷砂过量进而降低工作效率,针对此问题对喷枪结构和喷砂工艺做了创新设计,采用“8”字形的运动驱动装置改进了设计,其左右运动驱动装置装在喷砂机本体外部左侧,通过一根长轴与喷嘴的前后运动驱动装置相连,并与喷嘴的前后运动驱动装置同时运动,成功解决了钢带喷砂不均匀问题,提高了加工效率。
The sand blasting process of workpiece surface is a widely used process in the mechanical manufacturing and processing industry. The removal of oxide scale on the surface of forging, casting and heat treatment all need to be treated by the sand blasting process. When sandblasting the surface of the steel strip, uneven sandblasting will occur, resulting in great differences in the surface roughness and color of the steel strip;yet increasing the number of reciprocating times and moving distance of the spray gun will lead to excessive sandblasting and reduced working efficiency. Aiming at this problem, an innovative design for the spray gun structure and sandblasting process is carried out in this paper to make it more convenient to replace the inner core of the spray gun. The "8" shaped motion driving device is adopted, and its left and right motion driving devices are installed on the left side outside the sandblasting machine body. It is connected with the front and rear motion driving device of the nozzle through a long shaft, and moves simultaneously with the front and rear motion driving device of the nozzle. The problem of uneven sandblasting of steel strip is successfully solved and the processing efficiency is improved.
