工业热处理炉炉温均匀性测试新技术的应用研究

Research on the Application of New Technology for Testing the Uniformity of Furnace Temperature in Industrial Heat Treatment Furnaces

热处理炉炉温均匀性测试中经常会出现不同检测人员、不同方法测得的结果差异较大、测量效率低下的问题,针对此问题,基于GB/T 9452-2012《热处理炉有效加热区测定方法》和GB/T 30824-2014《燃气热处理炉温度均匀性测试方法》的要求,通过对热处理炉的检测过程和方法的控制,提出一套通用适宜的测温方法,设计出一种简单、方便、快捷的测温支架作为辅助工具,实际测量应用验证说明,此方案达到了提高热处理炉炉温均匀性测试的准确性和效率的目标。

In the heat treatment furnace temperature uniformity test, there are often large differences in the results obtained by different inspectors and different methods, and the measurement efficiency is low. According to the requirements of GB/T 9452-2012 “Test Method for Effective Heating Area of Heat Treatment Furnace” and GB/T 30824-2014 “Test Method for Temperature Uniformity of Gas Heat Treatment Furnace”, through control of the detection process and method of the heat treatment furnace, a set of general and suitable temperature measurement methods are proposed in this article, and a simple, convenient and fast measurement method is designed as the auxiliary tool. Finally, the result verifies that goal of improving the accuracy and efficiency of the furnace temperature uniformity test of the heat treatment furnace is achieved.
