摘要
在电力一次设备中,因电气绝缘需要,绝缘紧固件在很多位置发挥着重要作用。主要针对电力一次设备中绝缘紧固件在设备运输过程中出现的断裂现象,通过调研不同材质的绝缘紧固件,并对其抗剪、抗拉、抗扭等性能进行测试,旨在找出一种或几种经济实用且满足不同工况的绝缘紧固件。研究发现,绝缘紧固件的机械性能主要与其材质、成型方式及规格等因素有关,其中DELGLAS 68835不仅具有良好的机械性能和优异的电气性能,同时也具有相对较低的制造成本。
In electric power primary equipment, insulation fasteners play an important role in many places because of the need of electrical insulation. In this paper, the insulation fasteners in primary power equipment break in the equipment transportation process;through the investigation of different materials of insulation fasteners, and tests on their shear resistance, tensile resistance, torsion resistance and other properties, it aims to find out one or several economical insulation fasteners that meet different working conditions. Through the research, it is found that the mechanical properties of insulating fasteners are mainly related to their materials, forming methods and specifications, among which DELGLAS 68835 not only has good mechanical properties and excellent electrical properties, but also has relatively low manufacturing cost.
