摘要
直驱力矩电机回转工作台因其机械结构简单,性能优越,已成为目前高精度数控机床的首选。但此类工作台各部件制造精度及装配精度非常高,因此一旦出现故障,维修极其困难。以某型号成型磨齿机静压力矩电机直驱回转工作台的故障维修为例,阐述了直驱力矩电机工作台的维修难点,并针对关键步骤进行难点分析,制定维修方案,最终解决故障。
Because of its simple mechanical structure and superior performance, the direct drive torque motor rotary table is the first choice of high-precision CNC machine tools. However, this kind of worktable has high requirements for the manufacturing accuracy and assembly accuracy of each component, and it’s extremely difficult to maintain in case of failure. In this paper, taking the fault maintenance of direct drive rotary table of the static pressure torque motor of a certain type of forming gear grinder as an example, the maintenance difficulties of the direct torque motor table are expounded;meanwhile, difficulties according to the key steps are analyzed, the maintenance plan is formulated, and finally the fault is solved.
