摘要
EAP是一种电场活性聚合物,具有驱动和发电两种模式,因其自身具有的变形量大、比能量高等优势受到了广泛关注。为了分析EAP机械能转化为电能的影响因素,对介电弹性体发电原理进行分析,并搭建了EAP机械能转化为电能的实验方案。根据实验方案对EAP机械能转化为电能实验台系统软件进行设计与开发,通过VB界面可以实现EAP拉伸速度、拉伸长度以及拉伸循环次数控制,电容变化数据采集,弹性薄膜表面张力数据收集等,从而为后续EAP机械能转化为电能的影响因素实验研究提供支持。
EAP is an electric field active polymer with two modes of driving and power generation;it has received extensive attention due to its advantages of large deformation and high specific energy. In order to analyze the influencing factors of the conversion of EAP mechanical energy into electrical energy, the power generation principle of dielectric elastomers is analyzed in this paper, and the experimental scheme for conversion of EAP mechanical energy into electrical energy is also established. According to the experimental scheme, the experimental bench software system of converting the EAP mechanical energy into electrical energy is designed and developed. Through the VB interface, it can be realized the control of EAP stretching speed, stretching length, and the number of stretching cycles, data acquisition of capacitance changes, and data collection of elastic film surface tension, thereby providing support for the subsequent experimental research on the factors affecting the conversion of EAP mechanical energy into electrical energy.
