基于数控滚齿机伺服信息的滚刀破损识别方法研究

摘要 针对数控滚齿机不能智能识别滚刀破损的问题,提出了基于数控滚齿机伺服信息采集的破损识别方法,首先通过伺服数据监测系统采集YD31125CNC6数控滚齿机滚刀破损过程的伺服信息,然后利用频域差分法将原始编码器信号转化为角速度和角加速度,最后采用峭度(归一化的四阶矩)指标对角速度和角加速度的瞬态冲击特性进行表征和工况虚警识别判断。通过在YD31125CNC6数控滚齿机上开展滚刀破损识别的实验验证表明:该方法能有效地防止数控滚齿机加工过程中滚刀破损的发生,且虚警率低。 Aiming at the problem that the CNC gear hobbing machine cannot intelligently identify the hob damage, the solution is proposed in this paper;firstly, the servo information of the damage process of the hob of the YD31125CNC6 CNC gear hobbing machine are collected through the servo data monitoring system, and then the frequency domain difference method is used to convert the original encoder signal into angular velocity and angular acceleration;finally, the kurtosis(normalized fourth-order moment) index is used to characterize the transient impact characteristics of angular velocity and angular acceleration and to identify and judge the false alarm of working conditions. The experimental verification of hob breakage identification on YD31125CNC6 CNC gear hobbing machine shows that this method can effectively identify the occurrence of hob breakage in the process of CNC gear hobbing, and the false alarm rate is low.
