摘要
针对零件生产中铣加工不同阵列的相同轮廓需要反复编程的问题,在宏程序基础理论分析的基础上,建立了相同轮廓阵列的编程模型,设计了相同轮廓阵列的加工宏程序,并给出该宏程序的应用实例。结果表明,该宏程序仅需修改自变量赋值和轮廓子程序,即可用于加工不同行数、不同列数的任意相同轮廓,具有柔性和通用性,解决了反复编程的问题,提高了效率,对类似的宏程序设计具有借鉴意义。
According to the problem of repeated programming for milling the same contour of different arrays in part production, on the basis of the basic theoretical analysis of macro program, the programming model of the same contour array is established, the machining macro program of the same contour array is designed, and an application example of the macro program is given. Practice shows that the macro program can be used to machine any same contour in different rows and columns only by modifying the variable assignment and contour subprogram. It solves the problem of repeated programming, improves the efficiency, and can be used as a reference for the similar macro program design.
