摘要
针对选煤厂破碎机控制系统存在的滞后性强、灵活性低、适应性差的问题,研究了一种基于参数自整定的破碎机模糊控制系统。在分析系统设计、硬件设计的基础上,重点分析了参数自整定模糊控制算法,并完成仿真测试和应用测试。测试结果表明,采用参数自整定模糊控制系统的选煤厂破碎机满足设计要求,提升了破碎机的智能化水平,有助于提升选煤厂破碎机控制系统的灵活性、适应性,有助于破碎机控制系统安全、高效、稳定运行。
Aiming at the problems of strong lag, low flexibility and poor adaptability of crusher control system in coal preparation plant, a kind of crusher fuzzy control system based on parameter self-tuning is studied in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the system design and hardware design, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy control algorithm is emphatically analyzed, and the simulation test and application test are completed. The test results show that the self-tuning fuzzy control system can meet the design requirements, improve the intelligent level of the crusher, contribute to improve the flexibility and adaptability of the control system of crusher, and contribute to the safe, efficient and stable operation of the control system.
