矿井提升系统防冲击冗余制动技术应用研究

摘要 针对传统的矿井提升系统采用恒力矩制动方式时存在的速度波动范围大、钢丝绳易打滑、保护性差、容易制动失效从而引发坠罐笼事故等问题,该文对矿井提升系统的制动类型和传统制动方式进行分析和研究,提出了一种矿井提升系统防冲击冗余制动技术方案,采用液压系统冗余和控制系统冗余相结合的方式,防止因单独液压系统故障引起的制动失效问题,保证制动和控制的有效性。现场应用表明:此次提出的这套矿井提升系统防冲击冗余制动技术可以有效保证制动系统的稳定性和可靠性,避免提升系统因制动失效而导致事故发生,对于保证煤矿提升系统的安全性和稳定性发挥着重要的作用和价值。 There are some problems in the constant moment braking method of traditional mine lifting system, such as large speed fluctuation range, easy wire rope skidding, poor protection, and easy braking failure, leading to the falling cage accidents. In this paper, through analyzing and studying the brake type and the traditional brake mode of the mine lifting system, a technical scheme of impact prevention and redundant braking for the mine lifting system is proposed to prevent the brake failure caused by the separate hydraulic system failure and ensure the effectiveness of brake and control. The field application shows that the proposed mine lifting system impact prevention and redundant braking technology can effectively ensure the stability and reliability of the braking system and avoid the accidents caused by brake failure. It plays an important role in ensuring the safety and output production of the coal mine lifting system.
