穴位贴敷联合康复治疗对老年胃肠术后患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of acupoint sticking combined with rehabilitation therapy on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in elderly patients after gastrointestinal surgery

目的分析应用穴位贴敷联合康复治疗对老年胃肠术后患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月平凉市第二人民医院300例老年胃肠术后患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(150例,实施常规治疗)和观察组(150例,实施穴位贴敷联合康复治疗),比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、生活质量改善情况以及营养状态改善情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间、P排便时间、进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异具有显著性(<0.05)。治P疗前两组患者生活质量无显著差异(>0.05),治疗后两组患者生活质量各项指标评分均提高,观察组较P P对照组更突出(<0.05)。治疗前两组患者白蛋白、血红蛋白水平无显著差异(>0.05),治疗后两组P患者白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有显著性(<0.05)。结论老年患者应用穴位贴敷联合康复治疗有利于促进术后胃肠功能恢复,可改善患者生活质量和营养状态,促进患者病情康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint sticking combined with rehabilitation therapy on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in elderly patients.Method From February 2020 to February 2022,300 elderly patients after gastrointestinal surgery in the Second People's Hospital of Pingliang were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(150 cases,receiving conventional treatment)and the observation group(150 cases)by random number table method.,and acupoint sticking combined with rehabilitation therapy,the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the improvement of quality of life and the improvement of nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Result The hospitalization time,defecation time,eating time,bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of various indicators of the quality of life in the two groups were improved,and the observation group was more prominent than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of albumin and hemoglobin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of albumin and hemoglobin in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint sticking combined with rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation,improves the quality of life and nutritional status of patients,and promotes the recovery of patients.
