加速康复外科在结直肠癌手术中的应用研究

目的分析加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)在结直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2021年5月南京市高淳人民医院住院的120例结直肠癌手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组接受传统康复干预,观察组接受ERAS干预,比较两组患者术后恢复指标、血清炎症指标、并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者首次肛门排气、排便时间、住院时间P均短于对照组,差异均有显著性(<0.05)。观察组患者术后3d血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白P介素-6水平均低于对照组,且并发症总发生率(1.67%)均低于对照组(13.33%),差异均有显著性(<0.05)。结论ERAS应用于结直肠癌手术,可缩短患者机体恢复时间,减轻炎症反应,降低并发症发生率。
