协同护理模式对直肠癌术后结肠造口患者自我效能及生活质量的影响

目的探讨协同护理模式对直肠癌术后结肠造口患者自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年4月至2022年2月南京市六合区人民医院直肠癌术后结肠造口患者70例,依据护理方式的不同分为试验组和常规组,每组各35例。常规组实施传统护理模式,试验组采取协同护理模式,对比两组患者自我效能以及生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者自我效能评分均呈上升趋势,且试验组自我效能评分高于P常规组,差异有显著性(<0.05)。护理后,试验组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能各项评分P均高于常规组,差异有显著性(<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上应用协同护理模式,对直肠癌术后结肠造口患者效果显著,可以改善患者自我效能的同时提升其生活质量,有利于病情好转、恢复。
