基于OpenCV 实时疲劳检测系统的研究

摘要 为了解决传统驾驶员实时疲劳检测系统存在准确率低的问题,提出了基于OpenCV的实时疲劳检测系统.首先,选择图像传感器和摄像头电路,完成了实时疲劳检测系统的硬件设计;然后,通过设计驾驶员面部图像跟踪算法,利用OpenCV编程函数库设计了驾驶员瞳孔识别程序,完成实时疲劳检测系统的硬件设计;最后,进行了系统应用测试,测试结果表明基于OpenCV的实时疲劳检测系统可以提高驾驶员眨眼频率和打哈欠频率的检测准确率,从而判断驾驶员是否处于疲劳驾驶状态,从而验证了该系统具有较高的准确率. In order to solve the problem that the mainstream fatigue detection system has low accuracy in real-time driver fatigue detection, a real-time fatigue detection system based on OpenCV is proposed.Firstly, the image sensor and camera circuit are selected to complete the hardware design of the real-time fatigue detection system.Then, hardware design of real-time fatigue detection system is completed by designing driver face image tracking algorithm, which uses OpenCV programming function library to design driver pupil recognition program;Finally, the application test of the system is carried out.The test results show that the real-time fatigue detection system based on OpenCV can improve the detection accuracy of blinking frequency and yawning frequency of the driver.The algorithm proposed in this paper can accurately judge whether the driver is in a fatigue driving state, thus verifying that the system has a high accuracy.
