Treatment of Membranous Nephropathy from "Stasis"

膜性肾病是临床常见的一种慢性肾脏疾病,临床上以水肿、蛋白尿为主要表现。现代医家多从风、湿、热、瘀等方面论治该病,而瘀在该病中占有举足轻重的地位,贯穿疾病的始终,也是该病重要的病理因素之一。该文从“瘀”的角度对膜性肾病进行论述,并通过临床案例说明中医药治疗膜性肾病的优势,为临床治疗提供参考。

Membranous nephropathy is a common chronic kidney disease with edema and proteinuria as the main manifestations. Modern doctors mostly treat the disease from the aspects of wind, humidity, heat, stasis, etc., and stasis occupies a pivotal position in the disease, which runs through the whole disease and is also one of the important pathological factors of the disease. This paper discusses membranous nephropathy from the perspective of “stasis”, and explains the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of membranous nephropathy through clinical cases, providing a reference for clinical treatment.
