摘要
《妇科心法要诀》作为《医宗金鉴》这一清代朝廷组织编纂的医学著作的重要组成部分,内容全面,实用性强,为后世中医妇科学的发展奠定了良好基础。补中益气汤是金元四大家之一李东垣的代表方剂,是中医十大名方之一,具有补中益气、升阳举陷之功效,在临床上应用广泛。该文通过对《妇科心法要诀》中涉及补中益气汤的条文进行了整理、总结和分析,以冀对临床提供借鉴。
As an important part of “Golden Mirror of Medicine” compiled by the imperial court of the Qing Dynasty, “The Essentials of Gynecology Heart Law” is an important part of the medical works compiled by the imperial court in the Qing Dynasty. Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is a representative formula of LI Dongyuan, one of the four masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasty. It is one of the top ten famous prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine. This article sorts out, summarizes and analyzes the articles related to Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in “The Key Points of Gynecology”, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
