参苓白术散辅助FOLFOX6化疗治疗中晚期结直肠癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined with FOLFOX6 Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨参苓白术散辅助FOLFOX6化疗治疗在中晚期结直肠癌(CRC)患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2017年6月—2019年8月我院中晚期CRC患者81例进行病例对照研究,按治疗方案不同分观察组(n=44)、对照组(n=37)。对照组予以FOLFOX6化疗,观察组采用参苓白术散辅助FOLFOX6化疗治疗。比较2组客观缓解率(ORR)、毒副反应、治疗前后中医证候积分、生存质量(KPS评分)、血清miR-103和miR-107相对表达量。结果:观察组ORR 45.45%与对照组43.24%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分较对照组低,KPS评分较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清miR-103和miR-107相对表达量低于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组白细胞减少、中性粒细胞减少、腹痛腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散辅助FOLFOX6化疗治疗中晚期CRC具有减少毒副反应的作用,可减轻患者症状,改善生存质量,但其增效、抗肿瘤作用不明显。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder adjuvant FOLFOX6 chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods: Retrospectively selected 81 patients with advanced CRC in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 for a case-control study, and divided into observation group(n=44) and control group(n=37) according to different treatment regimens. The control group was given FOLFOX6 chemotherapy, and the observation group was given Shenling Baizhu powder adjuvant FOLFOX6 chemotherapy. The objective remission rate(ORR), toxic and side effects, TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment, quality of life(KPS score), and the relative expression of serum miR-103 and miR-107 were compared between the two groups. Results: The ORR of the observation group was 45.45% and the control group was 43.24%, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The relative expressions of serum miR-103 and miR-107 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The observation group had decreased leu-kopenia, neutropenia, abdominal pain and diarrhea. The incidence was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenling Baizhu powder adjuvant FOLFOX6 chemotherapy in the treatment of middle-advanced CRC can reduce the toxic and side effects, relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life, but its synergistic effect and anti-tumor effect are not obvious.
