中医辨证施护结合叙事护理在卵巢癌中应用价值及对患者应对方式的影响

Application Value of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing Combined with Narrative Nursing in Ovarian Cancer and its Influence on Patients’ Coping Style

目的:分析对卵巢癌患者实施中医辨证施护结合叙事护理的临床价值及对患者应对方式的影响。方法:收集符合标准的126例2020年2月-2022年2月在我院治疗卵巢癌患者为研究对象,交叉双盲法分为常规护理组54例采用常规护理、结合护理组72例采用中医辨证施护结合叙事护理,对比指标变化。结果:相比常规护理组,结合护理组生活质量、自护能力、面对评分及总满意率较高(P<0.05),HAMA、HAMD、癌因性疲乏、回避、屈服评分较低(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护结合叙事护理可提高卵巢癌患者应对方式、自护能力,改善其生活质量、心理状态、癌因性疲乏,值得临床推广。

Objective: To analyze the clinical value of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with narrative nursing for ovarian cancer patients and its influence on the coping style of patients. Methods: A total of 126 cases of ovarian cancer patients who met the criteria were collected and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 as the research objects. They were divided into the routine nursing group with 54 cases and the combined nursing group with 72 cases of traditional Chinese medicine. Syndrome-differentiated nursing combined with narrative nursing to compare the changes of indicators. Results: Compared with the routine nursing group, the combined nursing group had higher quality of life, self-care ability, face score and total satisfaction rate(P<0.05), and lower scores of HAMA, HAMD, cancer-related fatigue, avoidance and yield(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with narrative nursing can improve the coping style, self-care ability, life quality, psychological state and cancer-related fatigue of ovarian cancer patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
