中医体质辨识对社区高血压病影响研究进展

Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Identification on Influence of Hypertensive Pathogenesis in Community

高血压已被纳入国家基本公共卫生服务内容慢性病健康管理中,目前已成为社区慢性病管理和预防的重点工作之一。但是,基层医院对高血压患者的管理仍困难重重,急需寻找一个简便效廉且能顺利开展的方法来有效管理高血压患者。该文通过分析、归纳近5年不同医家结合中医体质辨识管理高血压患者所取得的成绩及可提高之处,结果表明,中医体质辨识干预不仅能改善高血压患者的理化指标及症状体征,提高患者生活质量,其指导下的药膳及运动疗法更易被患者接受,从而提高患者的满意度及依从性。因此,将中医体质辨识与高血压病发生发展的影响因素进行整合,建立风险评估模型,提高高血压病的预测及诊治能力亟需推广,另一方面,中医体质辨识的推广能提高社区对高血压管理的影响力,同时也为运动处方引入社区慢性病管理提供新的个性化思路,值得大力发展。

Hypertension has been included in the national basic public health service content of chronic disease health management, and has now become one of the key tasks of community chronic disease management and prevention. However, the management of hypertensive patients in primary hospitals is still difficult, and it is urgent to find a simple, cost-effective and smooth method to effectively manage hypertensive patients. This paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements of different doctors in the management of hypertension patients with TCM constitution identification in the past 5 years and what can be improved. The results show that TCM constitution identification intervention can not only improve the physical and chemical indicators, symptoms and signs of hypertension patients, but also improve Quality of life of patients, medicated diet and exercise therapy under its guidance are more easily accepted by patients, thereby improving patient satisfaction and compliance. Therefore, it is urgent to promote the integration of TCM constitution identification and the influencing factors of the occurrence and development of hypertension, establish a risk assessment model, and improve the ability to predict, diagnose and treat hypertension. The influence of blood pressure management also provides new personalized ideas for the introduction of exercise prescription into community chronic disease management, which is worthy of vigorous development.
