生化汤联合益母草颗粒应用于药物流产后的临床疗效研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察药物流产后应用生化汤联合益母草颗粒的治疗效果。方法 选取80例行药物流产后的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组流产后应用生化汤治疗,研究组流产后应用生化汤联合益母草颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、腹痛消失时间、流产不全、继发感染、不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率92.50%显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组阴道出血时间(5.15±0.74)d、腹痛消失时间(3.31±0.08)d均显著短于对照组的(10.38±1.07)、(5.16±0.47)d,阴道出血量(77.93±35.26)ml少于对照组的(95.28±40.06)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组流产不全率5.00%、继发感染率2.50%显著低于对照组的22.50%、22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度(6.02±2.27)mm显著大于对照组的(4.47±2.16)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对药物流产后患者采用生化汤联合益母草颗粒治疗可减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道出血时间,降低流产不全率及继发感染率,且不会增加不良反应,安全有效。 Objective To observe the effect of biochemical decoction combined with motherwort granule after medical abortion. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients after medical abortion were studied and divided into control group and research group according to the random numerical table, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biochemical decoction after abortion, and the research group was treated with biochemical decoction combined with motherwort granules after abortion. Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect, vaginal bleeding time, amount of vaginal bleeding, disappearance time of abdominal pain,occurrence of incomplete abortion, secondary infection and adverse reactions, and endometrial thickness before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 92.50% in the research group, which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had vaginal bleeding time of(5.15±0.74) d and disappearance time of abdominal pain of(3.31±0.08) d,which were significantly shorter than(10.38±1.07) and(5.16±0.47) d in the control group;the amount of vaginal bleeding in the research group was(77.93±35.26) ml, which was less than(95.28±40.06) ml in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incomplete abortion rate and secondary infection rate in the research group were 5.00% and 2.50%, which were significantly lower than 22.50% and 22.50% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the research group was(6.02±2.27) mm, which was significantly greater than(4.47±2.16) mm of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After medical abortion, the combined application of biochemical decoction and motherwort granule can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the vaginal bleeding time, reduce the incomplete abortion rate and secondary infection rate, and will not increase the adverse reactions, and is safe and effective.
