布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的 分析布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法 100例过敏性鼻炎患者,通过抛币方法分为对照组及治疗组,每组50例。对照组应用氯雷他定治疗,治疗组应用氯雷他定联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后鼻结膜炎生存质量量表(RQLQ)总分、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组患者RQLQ总分均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组RQLQ总分(6.11±0.54)分低于对照组的(11.28±1.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的IL-4均低于本组治疗前, IFN-γ均高于本组治疗前,且治疗组IL-4(35.16±3.21)pg/ml低于对照组的(44.27±4.83)pg/ml, IFN-γ(84.43±11.43)ng/L高于对照组的(77.46±8.03)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率94.00%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 过敏性鼻炎患者应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂能提高临床疗效,帮助患者更快缓解症状、减轻炎性反应,同时也有利于改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into control group and treatment group by coin-tossing method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine, and the treatment group was treated with loratadine combined with budesonide nasal spray. The total score of Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ), interleukin-4(IL-4), interferon-γ(IFN-γ)before and after treatment, and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total score of RQLQ in both groups was lower than that before treatment in this group, and the total score of RQLQ(6.11±0.54) points in the treatment group was lower than(11.28±1.94) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-4 in both groups was lower than that before treatment in this group, and the IFN-γ was higher than that before treatment in this group;the IL-4(35.16±3.21) pg/ml in the treatment group was lower than(44.27±4.83) pg/ml in the control group;the IFN-γ(84.43±11.43) ng/L in the treatment group was higher than(77.46±8.03) ng/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of budesonide nasal spray to patients with allergic rhinitis can improve the clinical efficacy, help patients relieve symptoms more quickly, reduce inflammatory reactions, and also help improve the quality of life of patients.
