水凝胶敷料配合VSD技术对复杂四肢骨折术后创面愈合的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探析水凝胶敷料配合负压封闭引流技术(VSD技术)对复杂四肢骨折术后创面愈合的影响。方法 92例复杂四肢骨折患者,采用交替分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者术后应用VSD技术进行干预,观察组患者术后应用水凝胶敷料配合VSD技术进行干预。比较两组换药次数、创面愈合时间,治疗效果,血清炎症因子(白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6与肿瘤坏死因子-α)水平。结果 两组患者的换药次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的创面愈合时间(14.65±2.14)d短于对照组的(22.52±3.50)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.65%高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6与肿瘤坏死因子-α水平分别为(0.70±0.15)、(0.60±0.08)、(0.72±0.06)ng/L,均低于对照组的(1.30±0.32)、(0.99±0.15)、(0.90±0.13)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 复杂四肢骨折属于骨科诊室的常见病,术后予以患者水凝胶敷料配合VSD技术可进一步保证预后,既可促进创面快速愈合,又能改善患者机体炎性反应,符合临床治疗需求。 Objective To discuss the effect of hydrogel dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) technology on postoperative wound healing of complex extremity fractures. Methods A total of 92 patients with complex extremity fractures were divided into contrast group and observation group according to alternating grouping method, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group applied VSD technology for postoperative intervention, and patients in the observation group applied hydrogel dressing with VSD technology for postoperative intervention. The number of dressing changes, wound healing time, therapeutic effect, serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-8, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α) levels were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the number of dressing changes between the two groups(P>0.05). The wound healing time in the observation group was(14.65±2.14) d, which was shorter than(22.52±3.50) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%, which was higher than 78.26% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of interleukin-8, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the observation group were(0.70±0.15),(0.60±0.08) and(0.72±0.06) ng/L, which were lower than(1.30±0.32),(0.99±0.15) and(0.90±0.13) ng/L in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Complex extremity fractures are common in orthopedic clinics.Postoperative hydrogel dressing with VSD technology can further ensure the prognosis, and can not only promote rapid wound healing, but also improve the inflammatory reaction of patients, which meets the clinical treatment needs.
