化痰通络加减方治疗脑梗死恢复期偏瘫症患者的疗效研究

Study on efficacy of modified Huatan Tongluo recipe on patients with hemiplegia in convalescent period of cerebrovascular disease

目的 研究化痰通络加减方治疗脑梗死恢复期偏瘫症的临床效果。方法 80例脑梗死恢复期偏瘫症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规康复运动治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予化痰通络加减方治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及Fugl-Meyer、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率92.50%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者Fugl-Meyer评分(87.38±15.42)分、ADL评分(65.98±5.26)分均高于对照组的(72.34±14.61)、(56.01±6.72)分, NIHSS评分(4.33±2.15)分低于对照组的(7.13±2.04)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用化痰通络加减方治疗脑梗死恢复期偏瘫症患者效果显著,能改善患者的运动功能及神经功能,可以广泛推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Huatan Tongluo recipe on patients with hemiplegia in convalescent period of cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia in convalescent period of cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation exercise treatment, and the observation group was treated with modified Huatan Tongluo recipe on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and Fugl-Meyer, activities of daily living(ADL) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The Fugl-Meyer score(87.38±15.42) points and ADL score(65.98±5.26) points in the observation group were higher than(72.34±14.61) and(56.01±6.72) points in the control group;the NIHSS score(4.33±2.15) points in the observation group was lower than(7.13±2.04) points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Huatan Tongluo recipe has significant effect on patients with hemiplegia in the convalescent period of cerebrovascular disease, and can improve the motor function and nerve function of patients, which can be promoted and applied.
