通淋益肾汤治疗慢性肾盂肾炎患者的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of Tonglin Yishen Decoction on patients with chronic pyelonephritis

目的 分析通淋益肾汤治疗慢性肾盂肾炎患者的临床疗效。方法 60例慢性肾盂肾炎患者,采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上应用左氧氟沙星治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上联合通淋益肾汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清肌酐(Scr)水平和治疗效果。结果 治疗前,试验组中医证候积分为(15.42±3.36)分,血清Scr水平为(165.48±17.43)μmol/L;对照组中医证候积分为(15.51±3.18)分,血清Scr水平为(164.32±19.52)μmol/L。治疗后,试验组中医证候积分为(3.42±1.06)分,血清Scr水平为(133.41±15.68)μmol/L;对照组中医证候积分为(8.35±2.11)分,血清Scr水平为(152.55±22.47)μmol/L。治疗前,两组中医证候积分及血清Scr水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分及血清Scr水平均低于本组治疗前,且试验组中医证候积分及血清Scr水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通淋益肾汤治疗慢性肾盂肾炎可显著提高肾脏代谢效率,益气通淋、补肾泄浊,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Tonglin Yishen Decoction on patients with chronic pyelonephritis. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pyelonephritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with levofloxacin, and the experimental group was treated with Tonglin Yishen Decoction on the basis of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, serum creatinine(Scr) level before and after treatment, and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the experimental group had traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(15.42±3.36) points and the serum Scr level of(165.48±17.43) μmol/L;the control group had traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(15.51±3.18) points and the serum Scr level of(164.32±19.52) μmol/L. After treatment, the experimental group had traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(3.42±1.06) points and the serum Scr level of(133.41±15.68) μmol/L;the control group had traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(8.35±2.11) points and the serum Scr level of(152.55±22.47) μmol/L. There was no statistically significant difference in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and serum Scr level between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and serum Scr levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group, and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and serum Scr levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tonglin Yishen Decoction remarkable efficacy for the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis,and can significantly improve the metabolic efficiency of the kidney, tonify qi and treat stranguria, tonify the kidney and drain turbidity, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
