Experience of ZHANG Nianzhi In The treatment of Interstitial Lung disease

间质性肺疾病是肺系疾病中的疑难重症,中医药治疗可改善患者症状,提高生活质量,延长生存时间。张念志教授认为该病早期为肺痹,病变在肺,以邪实为主;后期为肺痿,病变在肺脾肾,以虚为主;临证时以益气养阴,金水相生固其本,以化瘀通络,去腐生新治其标,同时随症施方,因人制宜,临床疗效颇佳。附验案1例以佐证。
