查安生基于络病理论运用益气解毒化瘀法治疗溃疡性结肠炎

摘要 溃疡性结肠炎是一种常见的炎症性肠病,因其病程迁延,反复发作,且治疗手段有限,使得临床上要积极探索新的治疗方法。查安生教授长期从事胃肠疾病的研究与临床工作,对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗积累了丰富的经验。查教授基于络病理论分析溃疡性结肠炎常见的病因病机,认为脾胃虚弱为发病之根本,肠络瘀阻为发病关键,毒损肠络为转归的重要因素。溃疡性结肠炎的临床表现、解剖特点和发病过程等与络病理论相符合。该文通过分析络病理论与溃疡性结肠炎的相关性,探讨益气解毒化瘀法在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的应用,以期更好地服务于临床。 Ulcerative colitis is a common inflammatory bowel disease. Because of its protracted course, recurrent attacks, and limited treatment options, it is necessary to actively explore new treatment methods in clinical practice.ZHA Ansheng has been engaged in the research and clinical work of gastrointestinal diseases for a long time, and has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Professor ZHA analyzed the common etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis based on the theory of collateral disease, and believed that weakness of the spleen and stomach is the root of the disease, intestinal stasis is the key to the pathogenesis, and poisonous damage to the intestinal collaterals is an important factor in the outcome. The clinical manifestations, anatomical features and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis are consistent with the collateral disease theory. By analyzing the correlation between collateral disease theory and ulcerative colitis, this paper explores the application of the method of replenishing qi, detoxifying and removing blood stasis in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, in order to better serve the clinic.
